Refund policy

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on perishable items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds 

If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us ,within 7 days of receiving your order, so we can make it right. If a custom order requires a deposit, no refunds will be issued less then 4 months from the event date. If a refund is issued, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
